About me

I am an architect, planner and urban designer.

Following a career in architecture, public sector planning and design at the City of Westminster as a commissioning client for public realm and streetscape design, followed by extensive responsibility as an urban designer in private practice, I am now engaged on a number of design review panels throughout the South, West, East of England and in Wales and Scotland. Panels include the Design Commission for Wales, Cambridge Quality Panel, vice-chair of the South Cambridgeshire Panel, Creating Excellence in the South West and the London Boroughs of Islington and Hackney panels. I have recently been appointed to the Architecture and Design Scotland Design Forum. My involvement in design review also includes project enabling and advice to clients.

I have advised clients on procuring designers as part of development proposals and carried out a number of Building for Life assessments.

I am a member of the RIBA, RTPI and the Academy of Urbanism.
